The Pine Lake Community Garden is located at the corner of Dahlia Dr. and Olive Rd. The city provides a large water tank and a tool shed. The shed has a hoe, a shovel, a garden spade, and many tomato cages.
The garden is not strictly organic but we do ask that you not use pesticides as we feel the use of pesticides is detrimental to all wildlife and humans.
There is no form to fill out but there is a $20.00 yearly fee, payable to the city of Pine Lake. Payment can be made online at Pine Lake Payment Portal or at the city administration building on the corner of Forrest Dr and Clubhouse Circle next to the courthouse.
There is no specific person in charge of the garden, but once you have paid, the city clerk will have one of the current gardeners show you around and determine your plot.
